Aluminum Construction
The Ultra Low-Profile Pan Head from Field Optics Research is ideal for supporting binoculars, spotting scopes, long camera lenses, and rifles rated for any caliber up to .50 BMG. This compact and lightweight pan head features a pitch range of range to +/-65° and 120 in-lb of holding torque. A combination of both lock controls and tension pitch controls provides great holding strength and smooth operation. Additionally, all knobs and the pan disk are O-ring sealed to keep dirt out and lubrication in. This compact pan head includes a 9″ carbon fiber handle with padded grip and a QR-60 Arca-type quick release plate.
